Leave a gift

Leave a legacy gift and help more women to receive manual therapy from when PGP symptoms start, rather than allowing women to experience unnecessary chronic PGP symptoms like Kim Stewart: click here to read Kim’s story.

If you’ve lived a long and happy life, writing your will doesn’t have to be a solemn matter. In fact, it can be one of the most inspiring things you ever do.

The kind of gifts you can leave:

  • A share of your estate (Residuary Legacy): Once you've worked out what you're leaving to family and friends, you can donate a share, or all of what's left.
  • A specific sum of money (Pecuniary Legacy): If you want to leave a lump sum to the Pelvic Partnership, you specify this amount in your will.
  • A specific item: Jewellery, a first edition book or any item that you think will be of some value to the Pelvic Partnership’s work when sold.

Already have a will?

  • If you have already made a will and want to leave a legacy gift to the Pelvic Partnership, all you have to do is make a codicil, which means 'amendment'. So speak to your solicitor about making a codicil to your existing will and they will take it from there.

Other things that can help:

  • Collections at the funeral.
  • Donations instead of flowers.
Thank you for your support, it really makes a difference.
